In the morning of October 5, 2021, Fujikin Danang Research, Development& Manufacture Center project was Broken ground at Da Nang Hi-Tech Park. The project is invested by Fujikin International Co., Ltd. Japan, and It was granted Investment Registration Certificate by Hi-Tech Park and Da Nang Industrial Parks on February 5, 2021 with a total investment of 35 million USD. LIGHTHOUSE CORPORATION is pround of and happy to be selected and to cooperate with KONOIKE Construction Co., Ltd (Japan) to construct the project.

Due to the impact of COVID-19 epidemic, the business situation of construction materials enterprises is facing many difficulties and may continue in the coming time.

The result of disbursement of public investment capital in the first quarter of 2020 in Da Nang is 3.3 times higher than the same period in 2019; is 4.2 times higher than in 2018.

The Government has just issued Decree No. 52/2020 / ND-CP on construction investment and golf course business. In particular, the Decree specifies conditions for investment in construction and golf course business.

On April 28, 2020, in Hanoi, the Ministry of Construction Science and Technology Council held a meeting to accept the topic "Researching the pattern of population density distribution and urban morphology in big cities in Vietnam".
